You've probably never had a conversation quite like this one

Picture this:

After months of mental swirl, forced smiles on Zoom, and “doomjobbing” on LinkedIn, you finally take a big gulp of fresh air and decide to figure out this career thing once and for all.

You show up to our first chat. You start talking. And somewhere in the first few minutes, you say something out loud that you’ve never quite said before. A dream that felt too ridiculous, a fear that’s been sitting on your chest, a paradox that feels impossible to untangle (money and meaning?! passion and paycheck?! balance and makin’ bank?!).

And instead of someone scrutinizing your ideas, shifting the focus to themselves, or mentally calculating how your next move affects their life, I just… receive it. Reflect it back. Help you see the shape of the possibilities in front of you.

You might say, "sorry, that was a lot." (It's not.)

You might try to fight back tears. (Let 'em flow.)

You might worry about what I think. (You're badass for seeking support.)

This is what our exploration chats are like. And it’s different from every other career conversation you’ve had because this space has zero agenda except yours.

Your partner loves you, but they have skin in the game. Your manager cares about your growth, but the company's goals come first. Your friends want to help, but they're also navigating their own stuff. Your therapist is dynamite at what they do, but doesn’t know what a KPI is, how AI is impacting your field, or the latest job market trends.

You can finally stop devouring self help books, binging development podcasts, and monitoring industry headlines. You can stop trying in vain to DIY your way to a fulfilling and feasible career in the pages of your journal or moments between meetings. That’s my job. Not yours.

Your job is to show up and be real.

In our first chat, we’ll dig deeper into what you want, what’s getting in the way, and what will actually help you move forward. By the end, people report feeling more clear and excited than they have in months—and relief at having a co-pilot in this adventure.

If that sounds like a conversation worth having, fill out my intake form here. It takes about five minutes. And if I think I can help you—and I'm genuinely excited to—we'll set up that chat.

Onward!

This weekend, my dear friend Miloš let me ride his VIP coattails at the Daisy Chain Fields music festival, as he was capturing footage for his documentary about the iconic alt rock band, Garbage. Between carefree moments belting “Pink Pony Club,” dancing in flowery Doc Martens to “Denial is a River,” and screaming the moment Alanis Morissette was announced as the surprise guest (see below), I was doin’ my thing: getting curious about the people who make this work. The whole thing was so...

This is a photo of a page in my journal from July 2021: At the time, I was working in tech middle management in exchange for big $$$ and Cadillac benefits for me and my partner. I helped people pivot careers during my lunch breaks and after hours, and admired the creative entrepreneurs my company supported—but never in a million years thought I could be like them. I also sang little ditties around the house and sent my friends funny Memoji songs over text. But I didn't dare call myself a...

Greetings from the sky! I’m flying back to LA with a full heart after throwing my dad a 75th birthday bash in my native NY. Almost 100 family members, childhood-through-present-day friends, and fellow musicians turned out to celebrate Mr. Gregarious himself. My brother and I rented a restaurant on the Hudson River, complete with our own DIY music setup so we could play live for each other. We opened with “Home” (fitting), wound through everything from “These Boots Are Made for Walkin'” to...
