You’re too passionate and too powerful to stay stuck

I know you’re not here because you want more emails.

You’re here because you’re a passionate powerhouse. A heart-driven high-achiever who cares deeply and is motivated to make a meaningful impact in and out of work. But…

Something’s off in your career, and you’re feeling it

Maybe:

  • Your signature passionate powerhouse energy is zapped
  • You don’t feel equipped for today’s labor market, political landscape, or AI disruption
  • Your priorities shifted (family, health, projects) but work is still getting most of you
  • You’ve been dreaming of doing something else, but practical concerns get in the way
  • You realized you never intentionally chose your career—it kind of happened to you

You’re ready to make an intentional change. You want to believe that work can be energizing and values-aligned while also supporting your financial freedom. You want to believe that “balance” is real and your signature work ethic won’t turn to burnout rocket fuel.

But no matter what you do, the status quo keeps winning and you stay stuck.

My job is to help you get un-stuck and design a career you love

I’m not a social media influencer or AI-powered job search product that promises to reveal your one true purpose that also pays $1M+ and allows you to work 2 hours a day. That’s snake oil.

I’m a fellow passionate powerhouse. Game recognize game. I’m a fast-walking, high-intensity NYC native who A+ and gold starred her way through Gifted and Talented programs, honors societies, and the Ivy League. I’m the most Type A gal on the beach in LA, my current home.

After flying up the ranks and payscale in corporate nonprofit, agency, and tech leadership roles—and burning out spectacularly—I chose to redesign my career and relationship with work around values-alignment, savvy financial investing, and my overall health and happiness.

Grace Fabian Career Coaching is my career that I designed, and I absolutely love.

You deserve a coach who hasn’t just lived it, but knows how to help you live it too

I graduated with an honors Psychology degree from Cornell University, trained as a Leadership & Performance Coach at Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, and accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

I also bring my whole self to the work: I'm a musician from a family of artists, a certified silly goose, and someone who believes movement is medicine.

But at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is your results:

There are dream jobs, business launches, intentional pivots, and people who have decided to stay sustainably and lean into other areas of life. But the most important thing is that everyone walks away with a deeper understanding of themselves, and how to navigate their careers with agency—no matter what’s going on with AI, politics, or the economy.

This newsletter is for you

If you have any questions about navigating modern work in an empowered way or ideas for topics you’d like me to deep dive on, hit reply and let me know. I read and respond to every message with love.

“Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Are you enthusiastically nodding? Or is your BS-o-Meter blaring? Honestly, I’m somewhere in the middle! Like most oversimplified quotes dubiously attributed to Confucius, the truth is in the nuance. This has been the mission of my coaching practice since day one: Design a career you love This is the ROI that I promise to my clients. And I take that promise seriously. As a data nerd who measures success by real impact on real...

Let's get this out of the way: There's no such thing as a perfect career. There's no single job or path that provides 24/7 positive energy and early retirement. There are actually infinite incredible work choices available to you at any given moment! But you will not see or seize them until you drop the illusion of perfection. So with love: put down the Scantron, former A+ student turned ladder-climbing executive. And loosen your white-knuckle grip on that outdated definition of success. You...

I used to be more bossy. Call it eldest daughter syndrome. Call it soothing anxiety by pretending to know all the answers and have total control over the situation. Call it leadership skills (if I was a boy). These days, I aim to be more of an expert listener, synthesizer, and reflector-backer. A master question-asker and onion-layer-peeler. A scaffolding-builder and interrogator of everything holding you back from what you want. Friends and family often ask how I bite my tongue when a client...
